Reservation fee. The $50 reservation fee is non-refundable and is applied to the booking balance. Payment submits a date request; the event is not confirmed until Red Rock Party Supplies verifies availability.
Payment and taxes. Applicable sales taxes are added to the final booking balance. Red Rock Party Supplies absorbs standard credit-card processing fees.
Rental responsibility. Customer is responsible for rented equipment while it is in the customer’s possession and agrees to return all items in the condition received, ordinary wear excepted.
Card authorization for non-hosted rentals. For non-hosted rentals, customer authorizes Red Rock Party Supplies to keep an authorized payment method on file as required and to charge documented amounts permitted by the rental agreement for loss, missing or unreturned equipment, damage beyond normal wear, and excessive cleaning. Excessive cleaning is subject to a minimum $25 charge, or the higher documented actual cleaning cost when applicable.
Hosted services. Foam Parties and Jelly Ball Wars are hosted services. Other rental items may require customer acceptance of card-on-file authorization before fulfillment.
Delivery/setup. Standard delivery, setup and pickup are included within the normal service area unless unusual access or special requirements are disclosed and agreed to separately.
